Bonneau Production Services (BPS) is formed on April 1 as a creative and production services company serving Indianapolis as well as regional and national markets. |
1989 |
BPS completes first of two nationally released documentaries on the use of two-way communications during hurricanes. Videos for Hurricane Hugo and (later) Andrew became the definitive resources for the U.S. government in studying communications and “interoperability” among federal agencies during a crisis. |
1990 |
BPS adds public relations to its service roster for new clients, including Motorola, General Electric, and Forum Group. |
1993 |
BPS completes first national public relations assignment: providing publicity, print and video production promoting the implosion of the Dunes Hotel and grand opening of Treasure Island Resort in Las Vegas for Motorola Corporation. |
1995 |
BPS receives first of three international awards for creative excellence. The International Gold Camera was awarded for the firm’s video presentation to preteens instructing use of 911 during an emergency. |
1998 |
BPS adds media planning and placement to its expanding list of services. |
2004 |
BPS incorporates with the State of Indiana, and, later that year, is ranked as the 15th largest public relations firm in the state. |
2005 |
Through BPS’ promotional efforts, in partnership with our client the American Dairy Association of Indiana, the Indianapolis 500 Victory Lane Bottle of Milk is named “The Sports World’s Coolest Prize” by Sports Illustrated. |
2006 |
BPS adds marketing strategy to its services, firmly establishing the company as a full-service marketing agency. |
2007 |
BPS expands into larger offices on North Meridian Street in Indianapolis and adds staff in creative and PR. |
2009 |
The firm rebrands itself as BPS Marketing to better define its mission as a full-service marketing, advertising, and public relations agency. |
2010 |
BPS expands services to the east Coast with the acquisition of two clients based in Baltimore, Maryland. |
2012 |
BPS celebrates its 25th anniversary on April 1!
BPS marketing was commissioned by the American Dairy Association to create, design and facilitate a campaign for their 2012 Indiana State Fair sponsorship: The Year of Dairy Cows. |
2014 |
BPS was asked to present an educational strategy for best social media practices at the Home & Garden Show Executives International Convention. |
